I love them for salsa songs, they glide on the floor to give a fluid movement. Less traction than the stomps. I wish they had a spin point in soul for a faster spin. Light as a feather and very comfortable feels like dancing on a cloud. I usually wear size 8 women’s and they fit perfectly.
