My students and I are very excited to have these heavier weights back again! We love them, but I had one crumple - don't know if it's because of the additional weight. I have had an old, bigger set that seems sturdier and never collapsed like this.

The new purple toning sticks are a slightly different design. Same total weight, but the purple heads are the same size as the green ones on the lighter weights. I love the difference, and so do my Ladies!

I've been waiting for these heavier toning sticks to be available since 2021 when I took my Zumba Toning Training. They are definitely heavier, so if you have students that don't feel like the smaller 1 lb weights are doing anything for them, I'd definitely recommend they try using these heavier weights.
The nice thing about them is that the end caps are larger so you can definitely hear more "shaking sounds" than with the 1 lb weights. The disadvantage is that because the end caps are quite a bit larger, they are a bit more unwieldy to move and manipulate.
